Michael McLaughlin is a 22-year veteran of a Fortune 100 energy products and services supplier, where he gained a reputation as a solid finance professional. His skill sets cover a range of financial focus areas including strategic planning and communication, financial analysis and program management, governmental regulation compliance, and financial information systems.
Prior to working in the power industry as a finance professional, he spent several years working in environmental compliance at Dynamac Corporation. Mr. McLaughlin earned his BS in Chemistry from Penn State, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Baltimore. He also earned certifications in Financial Management and Executive Leadership from Cornell University.

Dave's experience includes 30 years in human capital and organization development consulting. Interspersed with his consulting, Dave also has more than 20 years experience as a line manager with responsibility for up to 1200 employees. Dave brings a perspective developed in a wide variety of organizations including energy, healthcare, government, medical research, financial services, logistics, education, and the military.
He completed a 26-year career in the U.S. Army, directed the organization development function for a regional utility, managed the development and delivery of leadership programs for a Fortune 125 company, managed sales and technical training at a financial institution, delivered diversity and performance management training at various organizations, and is the founder of Jovid Consulting Services. Dave earned his M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a B.S. in Psychology from State University of New York.

Mr. Carr is a senior business consultant, experienced systems integrator and has deep project management skills within numerous industries.
Mr. Carr has 20 years of experience in the design, build, implementation and support of systems ranging from large international ERP implementations at Fortune 100 companies to productivity tool rollouts in small office scenarios. His background in electronics, telecommunications, systems integration and business process redesign has given him a broad foundation of experience from which to draw when serving DuraBante clients. Mr. Carr holds a BS from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and MS and MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

Ray served on a Joint Services team to evaluate and promote logistics initiatives to improve logistics throughout the Department of Defense (DoD). Following his civilian service to the DoD, Ray joined the Agility Forum, located at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA where he led the Small and Medium Enterprise initiatives for the Agility Forum as well as being the coordinator for Federal Funded Agility Projects for the Forum. Ray decided to devote full time to his consulting practice starting in 1996.

Jay has 25 years of industry experience in engineering, maintenance consulting, systems implementation and training. He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Alabama. His combination of business, technical and systems expertise along with his hands-on skills as a trainer and change agent make him uniquely qualified to help companies achieve alignment and synergy between people, processes and systems – the key to realizing sustainable business benefit from an integrated maintenance solution.
In the past 15 years Mr. West has been a solution architect, consultant and trainer for 4 different maintenance solutions: IBM's Maximo, Revere's IMMPower, Ivara's EXP, and Oracle's eAM. He has a deep understanding of best practices and supporting data/systems for asset configuration control, preventive maintenance, asset reliability management in an industrial setting. His experience with IT infrastructure includes managing a technical team at Stonebridge Technologies that designed, built and managed large network operations centers, co-location facilities and data centers.
Mr. West is a recognized expert on Oracle eAM and other Oracle E-business Suite modules as they relate to Asset Management (Inventory, Procurement and Costing). While at Oracle he was the Global Solution Architect for the Oracle eAM product. In that role he traveled the world to train/explain/demonstrate how Oracle eAM and related modules support maintenance and materials management best practices and deliver business benefits. Since leaving Oracle he has spent the last 3 years helping companies model their infrastructure and equipment in Oracle eAM and set up proper maintenance and reliability protocols to maximize their uptime.
