Project Highlights
Situation - A state National Guard with an organizational strength of approximately 5,000 soldiers faced challenges with the strategic direction of its recruiting effort during a period where funding and capabilities were directly related to achievement of strength objectives.
Result - The organization saw an eight percent increase in accessions, moving them from the bottom third to the top third of the 54 state and territory National Guard organizations. Additionally, the API process directly led to the development of a successful methodology and template for the organization's future planning efforts.
