Situation - A Canadian-based power generation company required management of the migration of a decentralized Maximo Asset Management System to a centrally hosted Maximo 6.2 system. This entailed scrubbing and normalization of its existing data while integrating three new power generation facilities into its system.
Result - DuraBante successfully led the project team and client personnel through a series of schedule adjustments to allow data migration to take place as standards evolved.
